This Privacy Policy describes Infinite Point's policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use our website and practice services, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Infinite Point (Level 1/360 Remuera Road, New Zealand) treats health information as confidential under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code. Clinical notes are not collected through the public marketing pages. Booking requests may include your name, email, phone, and preferred appointment time so the clinic can respond.

When the practice management system is in use, patient data is stored in Supabase Cloud (Sydney region) with role-based staff access, encryption in transit, and audit logging. Email/SMS reminders include scheduling details only — not clinical notes.

We do not sell personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting the clinic.
